This release is a maintenance release in the 12.7 series which introduced these features:

• Support for Configurable SDRAM split between packet buffer and flow table for all FPGA images with Capture Flow Management feature set

This release resolves these Support issue compared to the 12.7.7:     
   (12.7.8) Support-ID 44480: Link behavior on NT100A01 fixed.
   (12.7.8) Support-ID 44564: RX RMON1 counters and RX extended drop counters in sync.
   (12.7.8) Support-ID 44577: Release values with RPM fixed.
   (12.7.8) Support-ID 44592/44594: SELinux behavior with RPM.
   (12.7.8) Support-ID 44596: Installation of RPM fixed.
   (12.7.8) Support-ID 44619: Versioning with RPM fixed.

   *Building the kernel module on Linux Kernel 5.17.x series fails (this will be fixed in the next release)
