This release resolves these Support issue compared to the 12.7.3:
   (12.7.4) Support-ID 44435: FPGA image flash programming with imgctrl -group option may cause corruption of the VPD flash section
   (12.7.4) Feature:               imgctrl has been added support for group update of AVR firmware and for forced PSU upgrade of the SmartNIC
