The Napatech Link Capture 12.4 software release introduces support for 2x1/10G on NT200A02 and improved timestamp precision and accuracy for 1G and 10G on NT40E3

Feature summary (new and improved features):

• NT200A02:
  • 2x1/10G support with optimized timestamp precision and accuracy added to Capture/Replay feature set (new FPGA image 200-9555-32-10)
  • Tx path latency values available via NTAPI for 2x25G, 2x40G and 2x100G with Capture Test & Measurement feature set
• NT40E3:
  • Improved timestamp precision and accuracy for 1G and 10G on NT40E3-4-PTP Capture/Replay CR2 feature set (FPGA image 200-9538-34-09)

This release also resolves these Support requests and issues (compared to the 12.3.3):

   (12.4.2) Support-ID 43502: Signal handlers for SIGHUP and SIGTERM to pps tools, to ensure correct clean up on program termination     
   (12.4.2) Support-ID 43608: latency/pktgen tool now support 4ga timestamp inject
   (12.4.2) Support-ID 43389: Updated Port-2-port precision and accuracy of dual NT200A02 setup (10G)
   (12.4.2) Support-ID 43295: Timestamp difference of +/- 20 ns when capturing on two 10G ports on NT40E3
   (12.4.2) Support-ID 43633: A segfault error may happen for certain return values from the NT API.
