Notes

Napatech Link-Inline Software 3.2.0 is a release that introduces these new features:

  • Support for DPDK templates
  • Support for RSS on inner packet(L2)
  • Support for Events for FPGA load (not polling)
  • Support for rte_flow_dev_dump API
  • Improved Flow learning rate on bare-metal (3 million flows/s range)
This release includes these FPGA images:
  • NT200A02:
    • 9563-55-38 (Updated)
  • NT400D11:
    • 9569-55-38 (Updated)
This release resolves these support issues compared to Link-Inline 3.1.0 release:
  • Support-ID 45376: Definition for nt4ga_adapter_init function not found when compiling with VPP
  • Support-ID 45330: The stats getting updated for both ports 0 and 1 even adding meter_id to uplink flow port 0 only
  • Support-ID 45313: Rule for port 0 malfunctioning after create rule for port 1
  • Issues with main app compilation problems and forward app port initialization failures

    The software has been qualified on: CentOS 8 Stream and Ubuntu 22.04

  • containerd: 1.7.13
  • docker: 25.0.4
